We from OXG Glas GmbH build and operate a fast and reliable fiber optic network for all over Germany. Over a period of six years, we will supply about seven million households in Germany with glass fibers. We invest up to seven billion euros in standardized broadband solutions and innovative FTTH expansion.

Become part of our team, bring your experience and design strategic finance projects with real impact: You assume the overall responsibility for strategic finance projects – from the roadmap to the Go-Live (focus, among others, SAP S/4HANA development, process and digitization initiatives in the finance sector or the establishment of an internal control system). You design efficient end-to-end processes (record-to-report, purchase-to-pay, order-to-cash) and implement process automation solutions. You are responsible for budget, schedule and resources – including risk and change management. As part of the technical system management, you support the operation and further development of the ERP system. You support the management of cross-border issues of the financial organization (accounting, controlling & procurement) and coordinate cooperation with other relevant functions (including HR, IT, ext. outsourcing service providers).

Multiannual experience in project management of complex finance or ERP programs, ideally with sound knowledge in the SAP S/4HANA (FI/CO) environment Deep process knowledge in the finance and IT sector as well as pronounced analytical, strategic and conceptual thinking skills including structured methodological competence Ability to render complex facts understandable, as well as targeted and address-oriented communication in stakeholder management and business partnering Higher education in economics, business informatics and multiannual relevant professional experience in the group or consulting field; independent and solution-oriented operation High self-initiative, service orientation and joy of team-oriented work in a dynamic environment with start-up mentality and design space
