Our core competencies are the planning and control of complex and innovative construction projects (reconstruction and inventory), combined with sustainable economic and ecological added value. A wide range of technical projects, from feasibility studies to large-scale projects, both for private and public contractors, forms a substantial part of our portfolio. As a project manager:in civil engineering, you are co-responsible for the project management of various projects of the public sector as well as in the real estate sector in northern Germany. This position is also possible in parttime (80%). Project management of demanding projects from user needs analysis, planning phase, tendering and awarding to execution and commissioning First contact person for customers Control of dates, costs and qualities as well as ensuring the implementation of user requirements Co-responsibility for technical, economic and organizational construction consulting Communication, information and coordination with project participants throughout the project

Complete study of architecture, civil engineering, economic engineering or a comparable qualification Experience in project management of construction projects, ideally in the field of public or real estate Very good knowledge of HOAI, AHO, VOB and VgV as well as good knowledge of MS Project Joy in optimising processes and driving innovations as well as communication strength Enjoy generating added value for our customers
