Your tasks:

Your responsibilities

• You plan and organize national and international freight transport.
• You create transport documents and take care of customs processing.
• You coordinate and monitor the timely delivery of the goods.
• You communicate with customers, suppliers and partners to ensure a smooth process.
• You calculate freight costs and start offerings.
• You process complaints and find solutions to transport problems.
• You care and update the data in the logistics systems.

Your qualifications:

Your profile

• Successfully completed training as a freight forwarder or a comparable qualification
• Good knowledge of customs and foreign affairs
• Safe handling of MS Office and ideally have experience with logistics software
• Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented work
• Communication strength and pronounced organizational talent
• Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, other foreign languages are of advantage.
