It offers enough parking facilities and good access to public transport. The facility offers a total space for 48 inhabitants and houses a gerontopsychiatric day care with 10 seats. Some of the inhabitants live in a protected dementia area. In addition, the facility includes a living with service with seven apartments. The Senior Centre is modern and dynamic and is characterized by the good embedding in the community. You take over the organization and management of the site (senior center and living with service) You are responsible for the professional management of the care area You represent the location internally and externally You continuously develop our concept and engage in quarter work You are responsible for the economic control You motivate and develop the employees and promote a pleasant working atmosphere You maintain contact with members, supervisors, volunteers and other partners You actively shape our diaconic work

You are a qualified nurse (m/w/d) and you have a completed training for leading nurse (m/w/d) or a comparable degree You have a degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification You have several years of practical professional and management experience in the field of old aid You have a high level of empathy for residents and employees You are organized, lively and solution-oriented You have a home manager qualification according to § 2 Business competence completes your profile
