Partnermanager (m/d) Darmstadt | Unlimited | Full time | Hybrid

You are responsible for the operational management of our service provider and partner contracts from the creation, testing and coordination to the conclusion and their ongoing further development over the contract term. You will also participate in the evaluation of offers and (stands) framework contracts. In the structured selection and evaluation of suitable service providers and partners as well as in the coordination, creation and further development of performance catalogs, requirements descriptions, service level agreements and professional and commercial selection criteria, you support the team. The coordination and monitoring of the creation, coordination and the conclusion of service and partner contracts, including necessary side agreements such as confidentiality agreements (NDA) and contract processing agreements (AVV), are part of your field of activity. The identification and evaluation of contract and performance deviations together with the corresponding teams, taking into account cost-effectiveness, dates, quality and agreed service levels, are also your tasks. This includes the structured processing of claims and possible contractual claims. You are responsible for contractual adjustments, changes and supplements, in particular for large-volume framework contracts for technical projects, as well as ensuring a complete and comprehensible contractual documentation. Accompanying the transfer of new or amended contractual arrangements to the operational processes and ensuring that responsibilities, processes, performance requirements and escalation paths are clearly regulated will complete your task.

Successfully completed studies (academic degree diploma engineer, Bachelor, Master) or comparable training with professional experience At least 3 years of professional experience with experience in the technical/commercial environment, ideally in the telecommunications, data network or IT environment Knowledge required in the area of supply/contract management knowledge of the TK infrastructure or Construction or IT industry are desirable Experience in the project business Very good German knowledge (comparable level B2 CEFR)
