Advising management, executives and employees on all issues of occupational safety, accident prevention and health protection Implementation of risk assessments and risk analyses in a meat processing production environment Development of prevention measures to prevent accidents at work and similar events Participation in the design of safe and ergonomic jobs in shift operation Organisation and implementation of training, instruction and security Analysis of accidents at work, derivation of prevention measures and preparation of corresponding reports Support in the implementation of statutory requirements and internal standards on occupational health, hygiene and health Close cooperation with company physician, works council and authorities

Completed training as a specialist for occupational safety (SiFa) according to §7 ASiG Ideally technical or craft training/study in the field of food technology, process technology or comparable Experience in a manufacturing company, preferably food or meat industry Knowledge of occupational health and safety and relevant regulations (ArbSchG, DGUV, BetrSichV etc.) High communication capability, enforcement capacity and practical working readiness to adapt to specific requirements in shift operation Team skills, commitment and responsibility
