As an underwriter, we are responsible - hand in hand with our colleagues in product and portfolio management - for the profitable growth of Allianz Versicherungs AG's art insurance business. This is what we expect as Underwriter Kunst (m/w/d): You evaluate and evaluate jewelry and watches and/or art objects of different art directions and epochs as well as the total amount of the household of our wealthy customers, both on site and from PC If necessary, you will review and provide recommendations to improve the objective and subjective risk situation including mechanical and electronic fuses You create risk-adequate and individually matching insurance proposals, evaluate expert opinions and keep the offers distributed according to You actively participate in the execution of customer and intermediary events, drive sales activities around a wealthy customer: advance in a targeted manner and build our art insurances yield-oriented You take stock processing (reports) and regular checks, carry out renovations and answer requests from interface partners You advise your superiors on special business You perform special tasks as thematic partner and thus make a significant contribution to real customer enthusiasm along our entire value chain

That's what you're doing as an underwriter (m/w/d): Completed (university) degree with reference to art insurance or comparable qualification German and English Embossed practical experience in dealing with wealthy customers: in the jewelry and watch industry and/or optionally in the art and auction trade Experience in the assessment and evaluation of jewellery and watches and/or art objects of different art directions and eras Extraordinary customer and team orientation as well as special communication skills, especially in the handling of demanding customers and intermediaries inside Outstanding sales skill and visible passion for our products Excellent conflictability, problem-solving competence and enforcement capability High performance and self-initiative as well as time flexibility Agiles Mindset, structured and result-oriented working methods and independent prioritization in everyday work Joy of lifelong learning and the incorporation into new topics Experience in private property insurance business and projects focusing on property insurance as well as methodological competence (e.g. toolsets within an agile project setting) Required PC software skills (e.g. safe and targeted handling of PowerPoint, Excel and project management tools)
