As Head of Permanent Placement - Mobility Sector (m/w/d), you are responsible for the direct switching of specialist and executives to customers from the mobility sector You develop a clear identity for the Business Line Perm and create an efficient distribution structure You are responsible for the operational and strategic development, growth and presentation of the Business Line internally and externally As a manager, you give visions, agree on specific goals and thus tax the sales success of the Business Line In addition, you have fun in operating sales and promote a performance-oriented sales culture through good model function

You bring relevant sales and leadership experience in direct placement, optimally in the mobility sector You are happy to develop and coach employees Since the leading employees are sitting in the south of Germany, you work optimally at Munich, Nuremberg or Ingolstadt locations.
