Head of Department in the Department of Health, Administrative Control & Process Management (m/f/d)

In this function, you conduct the field of administration & quality management, develop processes and ensure that quality, risk management and compliance are effectively anchored in everyday life. At the same time, you take over central administrative tasks in interaction with the subject areas and the Health Conference staff. Your focus: Management and further development of the field of management & quality management Legal accompaniment and implementation of the communication, including consultation of the subject areas Development and development of process, quality and risk management Strengthening compliance and continuous improvement Designing the digital transformation Responsibility for organisation, budgeting and controlling

Studies Bachelor of Art Public Management, Study of Law (1st State Exams, Bachelor of Laws) or comparable Experience in leadership and administration, ideally related to public health services Lust for design instead of administration in the status quo A modern understanding of leadership with openness for change and cooperation at eye level Structured, solution-oriented operation and joy in building new systems Strong sense of responsibility as well as a strong view for quality and risks
