Ensuring a smooth process (synchronization of structures) and a complete reporting for a maximum of productivity Professional and disciplinary responsibility for group leaders Ensuring layer/day performance while maintaining SLA's Optimization of the operational design of the logistical processes in cooperation with all (out-) operational interfaces Development and maintenance of monitoring instruments at cost and performance - KPI of the supply chain Continuous process improvement and standardization of the use of lean management methods (partial)project management operations from idea to roll-out Conflict resolution with the help of communication

A successfully completed training in connection with several years of professional experience in the logistics sector is a basic technical requirement Self-understanding as a stimulus in the topics of employee support, cooperation, productivity development and achievement “Let's do this” mentality paired with a pronounced view “over the rim of the plate” High technical-analytical understanding of logistical processes combined with strong target and result orientation as well as a working method High understanding of business and process economic relationships Very good communication and cooperative skills Willingness to shift work
