This makes the job interesting: 50Hertz develops the Next Generation Control Center Ecosystem (Modular Control Center System) to meet the requirements for digitalization in the energy transition. In addition to classic SCADA control functionalities, you develop a comprehensive control product for all assets of system management and offshore operations, both for electrical equipment and secondary installations. Design this change with us and accompany us closely in the associated development of switching and control processes as well as software. Team Monitoring develops the tools and processes necessary for network monitoring of the transmission network and offshore systems such as offshore platforms. These functionalities enable our system operators to reliably and clearly display our network state for monitoring the transmission network and the possibility of appropriate intervention. We support secure integration of renewable energies and promote the energy transition. My tasks: design or further development of the vision and roadmap of the product Monitoring with SCADA-close functionalities for network monitoring in our modular platform for controlling and monitoring power networks, You are responsible for the development and operation of your team (You build it, you run it) of the software and the processes related to Grid Monitoring in system management and offshore operations, You are responsible for your backlog, creating user stories, voting with other teams and presentation in sprint reviews together with the team, Close cooperation with developers, architects, users and specialist specialists as well as the other product teams of the Product Cluster, You understand yourself as a communication interface between developers and stakeholders, planning, driving and implementing Proof of Concepts, MVPs, and analysis of potential technical solutions; Creation, coordination and maintenance of roadmaps, release plans and the operational planning of the developed product.

Completed studies in electrical engineering, engineering, computer science, business informatics, physics, at least 3 years of professional experience as a product owner or in a comparable role, Excellent knowledge of agile methods, especially Scrum, experience in the development of software for technical applications, ideally in the field of power grids or SCADA, Analytical and strategic thinking and a high degree of self-employment and self-initiative, Ability to visualize and explain complex technical facts in a comprehensible manner, Entrepreneurship with creativity for new solutions or a solution-oriented product thinking, be team player*in: other teams supported with their own knowledge, High level of readiness and willingness to work on current / new topics, Languages: English (C1) and English (B2).
