You can look forward to Become the face of the MAN for a service operation in our sales region - Welcome to the lions! MAN prepares you intensively and sustainably for this challenging perspective as part of an 18-month training program. For the first 12 months, you will undergo a dual training with seminar and operating phases, with the aim of leading a service of the MAN in the Nord-Ost sales region. Following this, another 6 exciting months of training on-the-job will follow in the target operation. As a new company manager, you are now responsible for sales and earnings, including all related management tasks such as management of personnel or compliance with commercial and legal requirements, making a decisive contribution on our road to no. 1.
