Plant mechanic for heating, ventilation and sanitary technology (HLS) (m/f/d)

You take care of the maintenance, inspection and maintenance of the heating, ventilation and sanitary facilities in the hospital buildings Analyze and eliminate disruptions to pipeline networks, valves, pumps, heating areas, ventilation systems and other HLS technical components Small repairs, replacement of defective components as well as assembly and installation work You support rebuilds, modernizations, plant optimizations and the commissioning of new or renewed HLS technical installations Operating conditions, measured values as well as maintenance and repair work carried out You documentable and if required For more extensive measures, you coordinate with other trade unions, external specialist companies, operators and the relevant contact persons in the clinic With your work, you contribute to ensuring the hygienic, safe and reliable availability of HLS systems in ongoing hospital operation

You have completed vocational training as a plant mechanic for plumbing, heating and air conditioning, heating and ventilation, gas and water installation or a comparable qualification You have practical experience in maintenance, maintenance and troubleshooting of heating, ventilation and sanitary facilities Experience in technical building equipment, ideally in a hospital, an industrial plant or comparable technical infrastructure, is advantageous Technical documentation, plant plans and manufacturer documentation can be read and applied for your work Knowledge of the relevant DIN, VDI and DVGW control units and the requirements for drinking water and room air technology are desirable An independent, careful and responsible way of working, as well as an excellent hygiene and safety awareness are the key to Team skills, service orientation and a class B driving licence complete your profile
