As Recruitment Consultant (m/w/d), you are the ambassador of our employer brand - value-adding, reliable, empathic, honest and trusting. Through your Active Sourcing activities and a target group-oriented approach to social networks, you will not only find the right talents for us, but also contribute to shaping and ensuring a positive Candidate Experience. You work out creative and excellent job advertisements and accompany the entire selection process. From the application receipt, the examination and assessment of the documents up to the management of qualified candidate interviews, you always have a look at the professional qualification and personal fit for the respective customer requirement. You'll start professionally prepared candidates with all relevant information for our clients. Your experiences and ideas as well as creative solutions are professional and welcome at any time.

You have a professional training course (e.g. a personal service businessman or an industrial businessman) or a study (e.g. a business administration). You have already gained first experience in recruiting and in personal care, ideally in the staff service. You have an affinity for modern software solutions and feel at home in the online world. The German language can be mastered in spelling, grammar and drawing. You are communicative and appreciate good cooperation in the team? We look forward to your application!
