The ERP area is the competence centre “Application 4.0” and has the task of accompanying the entire lifecycle process for one of Europe’s largest SAP programs. Customer Application Management (CAM) is a part of the area: CAM ensures a stable, secure and efficient operation of the contracted, in particular also in-use IT services, in Germany and abroad, and ensures the comprehensive IT and data security of the Bundeswehr IT system. We always provide our service!

The Team Application Management Service manages all associated services. It is responsible for its architecture, the continuous improvement of these services and for the transition management (transmissions from realization to use). Within its power, the team advances standardization, automation and benchmark capability (methods and tools). The function, which focuses on methods and tools, performs several dedicatedly assigned complex performance areas and delivers results in partial responsibility for further consolidation and processing to the lead and management of ERP CAM.

Representation of the ERP CAM department in comprehensive cross-sectional projects and in the topics ITSM

Standardization and Automation in ERP Application Management and Optimization and Harmonization of Processes

Accompanying the relocation of tasks from Bundeswehr to BWI, by SLA developing and introducing new service processes in application management

Management of key figures and the agreed service parameters as well as ensuring service delivery

Successfully completed university studies in the field of IT or BWL or comparable knowledge in connection with at least 2 years of professional experience in IT service management or application management In-depth knowledge of methods (ITIL) and ITSM tools Experience in concept creation and management consulting in service models as well as application management Embossed resilience, an ohe result orientation and a structured operation Strategic thinking in conjunction with a pronounced customer orientation round off your profile
