Process Manager for the Mickeleit Freight Forwarding Company - Hamburg Office (m/f/d)

Identification of potentials in existing business processes and implementation of AS/IS analyses Optimization of business processes with the aim of increasing efficiency, increasing transparency, increasing flexibility, improving quality and reducing costs Planning and modelling of new business processes taking into account the strategic orientation, organisational culture and integration of process participants Defining clear interfaces between processes for forming process chains and nesting Examination of projects prior to implementation in terms of target achievement and business case calculation Creating and building a process database as well as implementing a code number management system for operational controlling Interpretation of key figures and derivation of recommendations for action Head of various projects, such as Kaizen, Gain Share and Implementation Projects Development of new business areas and training of employees in process management Implementation of smaller Lean Management workshops, such as 5S, 7 MUDA, etc.

Complete studies in the field of business information technology, economics or comparable qualifications Multiannual professional experience in process management or comparable activities Funded knowledge in business process optimization and modeling as well as in project management Experience in the application of methods such as PDCA cycle and DMAIC. Outstanding analytical skills and problem-solving competence Communication strength and ability to understand complex facts Team-oriented operation and enforcement capability. Safe handling of common MS Office applications and process management tools
