This is what we expect as a working student Leadership Support and Human Resources Development (m/w/d)

Leadership Team Support

Date and Event Management: You plan and organize appointments as well as events, including room and catering bookings. You take the lead independently. Communication management: You'll be struggling with the communication channels of our area, including MS Teams, Miro, Confluence and the Intranet page, to ensure a smooth flow of information and to promote efficient communication. Personal leadership support: You support one of our management personalities in various tasks and projects to facilitate their work and achieve their goals.

HR and talent management

Talent acquisition: You write job advertisements and conduct interviews to win new talents for our area. You work closely with different places in the company. Onboarding and personal care: You co-ordinate the onboarding of new colleagues:inside and as a contact person:for questions and concerns available.

Project support and development

Project management: You carry out your own subprojects to continuously improve our cooperation and processes. You have the opportunity to continuously expand your skills and pursue your own interests.

Teamleiter (m/w/d)

Study: You are immatricated:r Student:in any degree course. Your motivation and interest in these tasks are more important to us than your specific course of study. You are in the second half of your Bachelor's degree or Master's degree. Time availability: The longer you have time for us, the more exciting the tasks are. Ideally, you can support us for 12 months or longer. Skills: A high degree of self-sponsored work and contact pleasure characterize you. Your analytical strength helps you quickly get involved in new topics. You constantly take a look at the edge of the plate and take into account the impact of your actions on other business areas, customers and employees. You succeed in bringing structure into unstructured tasks and deriving the next steps of action. You see challenging situations as a chance for growth and learning. Technical knowledge: You are fit in MS Office / Office365 programs (especially PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook etc.). In addition, you are ready to work into new tools and systems. First experiences in the Group environment and in the insurance industry are advantageous, but no prerequisite. You bring interest in the topics of leadership, human resources development and continuous learning, as well as diversity & inclusion. Language skills: You have very good language skills in German and English. Presence: presence in the office is desired once a week. In addition, you work flexibly from the Home Office in consultation with your manager. Openness for creative and innovative solutions as well as joy in dealing with pioneering technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal chatGPT
