This is what awaits you: Two-stage training programme Duration: up to 12 months Personal mentoring The following specialist tasks are waiting for you: Content Management: Development and implementation of communication measures for the successful positioning of Bosch eBike Systems in specialist trade. Responsibility for the targeted preparation and implementation of service and product topics for eBike specialist trade. Editorial work: independent, targeted conception and creation of texts and other content formats (e.g. online media, videos) for marketing the Bosch eBike service offer. Creation and revision of technical articles, interviews and commercial texts. Channel Management Partner Portal: Maintaining and publishing content in our partner portal for eBike specialist trading and controlling our agency partner via a ticket system. Quality assurance & translation: Ensuring linguistic quality, consistency and topicality, implementing language versions and compliance with corporate design guidelines. Collaboration: Close coordination with product experts and other specialist departments such as product management and marketing to enable consistent and comprehensive communication for our B2B target group. Information of all relevant stakeholders on the progress of the communication projects. Benchmarking: Analysis of the market and competition situation, derivation and evaluation of options for action for trader communication and their implementation and integration into the overall concept for communication with eBike specialist trade. Extensive editorial skills and the ability to prepare complex technical facts concisely and according to target groups. Embossed communication and team skills as well as a structured and independent way of working. Ideally, first experience in dealing with content management systems (CMS), ideally in the context of dealer portals or similar platforms. Ideally, first experience in controlling external service providers (e.g. agencies for text, video, graphics). Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing are absolutely necessary (further languages of advantage). High affinity for technical products, ideally in the field of eBikes or automotive. Safe handling of popular MS Office applications.
