Teamlead Azure (m/f/d)

Team management in the Azure area: You take over the professional or disciplinary leadership of an Azure team (about 8–9 employees) and develop your colleagues in their role. Strategy, architecture and operation: You are responsible for the strategic orientation and implementation and operation of Azure Cloud solutions and develop scalable cloud architectures in the Microsoft Azure environment. Migration to the Azure Cloud: You accompany our customers in the migration of existing systems into the Azure Cloud and ensure a stable and secure target operation. Platform Optimization: You are opting for azure platforms in terms of stability, performance, security and scalability and ensuring efficient use of the services used. Customer consulting & Presales: You take a central role in customer consulting (Lead Consultant / Presales), develop viable solution scenarios and act as a trusted advisor at decision level. Coaching and team development: You actively promote your team's further development through coaching, mentoring and regular professional exchange.

Azure expertise and architectural understanding: You have at least seven years of experience in designing and implementing solutions on Microsoft Azure, in particular in the fields of architecture, security, governance and operation. Leadership and cooperation: You bring experience in the professional or disciplinary leadership of teams and enjoy developing, motivating and achieving success together. Consultancy and customer focus: You can explain complex technical issues in a comprehensible way, translate customer requirements into sustainable solutions concepts and convince in workshops, presentations and presales situations. Platform and operational know-how: You know central Azure services (e.g. Compute, Storage, Networking, Security) and have experience in building and developing operating and platform concepts in the cloud. AI competencies in the Azure context: You have practical experience in using AI and in particular generative AI services on Azure (e.g. Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, Azure Machine Learning) and can integrate them into cloud architectures and customer solutions. Language and communication strength: You have very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing, and you are confident and responsive to customers and stakeholders.
