Then the internship in Product Management Powertrain in Untertürkheim offers you the unique opportunity to shape the heart of every car. In the Powertrain product management, we have the privilege of developing the engines, transmissions, battery and high-voltage systems for HEV and PHEV vehicles. From the first idea to market launch and beyond, we define data-based and in international exchange the requirements for driving the future. During your internship you will find unique insights into the strategic planning and product development of our vehicles and drives. You will develop content, evaluate functions and determine price and volume performance, taking into account laws, regulations, markets, competition and customer benefits. In addition, you will gain insight into the sales network and the interaction of central functions with the regions and markets. In our department, you will experience cross-functional working methods that open up a wide range of perspectives in vehicle and power train development. Your tasks: Own implementation of specific market and competition analyses Evaluation of Powertrain technologies in terms of competitiveness, price and volume Creating strategic decision bases for top management Content preparation of internationally occupied sales workshops Moderation of weekly department meetings Support for annual portfolio optimization Analysis of sales figures and derivation of action fields The mandatory practice can begin from September 2025.

Study programme in the field of economic engineering, economics, business management and engineering studies with deepening in marketing / automotive industry / automotive engineering desirable or a comparable degree programme Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing Safe handling of MS Office Team orientation, independent operation, quick conception and customer orientation Basic technical understanding, driving licence class B of advantage Experience in creating presentations including visualization of complex relationships and data desirable, passion for the automobile Please note that your internship at this site must have a prescribed mandatory share.
