Recruiter Call Center & Customer Service (m/f/d)

You take the active recruiting of employees for our call center – from phoneists to team leaders. You bring well-founded experience in Active Sourcing and you know how to identify and address suitable candidates: inside different channels. You create, optimize and publish job advertisements on various platforms and social media channels. You conduct independently candidate talks – by phone, virtual or on site – and meet sound selection decisions. You identify suitable candidate:inside, accompany it through the entire setting process and ensure a positive Candidate Experience. You analyze relevant recruiting metrics (e.g. Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Conversion Rate) and perform optimization measures. You build a network of potential talents and engage in long-term relationships with applicants. You work closely with the specialist departments to identify staff needs early and develop targeted recruiting strategies.

You have experience in recruiting – ideally in the Call Center environment or in a similar service-oriented industry (minimum 2 years) You convince by communication strength, empathy and a safe occurrence. You work structured, organized and have a good sense of priorities. You use modern recruiting tools, KPIs and data analysis to make and improve processes measurable. You are safe in handling MS Office and applicant management systems. You speak fluent German; Other languages are a plus. You have fun to inspire people for our company and actively shape growth
