You take over the following tasks step by step, according to your knowledge and skills acquired during the incorporation. Monitoring and control: You monitor and control the state-of-the-art plants of our biomass power plant to ensure smooth operation. Inspection and maintenance: You carry out regular inspections and maintenance work and thus contribute to the optimal functioning of our systems. Troubleshooting: You detect and troubleshoot in plant operation quickly and effectively. Reporting: You document operating data and create precise reports to monitor the performance and efficiency of the systems. Teamwork: You work closely with the maintenance team to ensure safe and efficient operation. Safety and environmental regulations: You shall ensure compliance with all relevant safety and environmental legislation.

These are your skills Technical training: You have completed training as an industrial mechanic, electronic, electrician or mechatronic, as an alternative you bring a comparable technical qualification. We also welcome cross-comers with a strong technical interest and a high level of willingness to continue training. Experience in power plant operation: Ideally, you have already gained several years of professional experience, preferably in the energy sector, e.g. as boilerguards, farm guards, power planters or management drivers. Experiences in the process industry or in the operation of power plants are advantageous. Required knowledge can be acquired through a high level of learning and your interest in continuing training. Commitment and flexibility: Due to your strong sense of responsibility, you are ready to work in 3-shift operation, even on weekends and holidays. Digital competence: You are versed, safe and flexible in handling MS Office, especially Excel and Word. and these are used here!
