Permanent Representation of the Management of the Braunschweig-Hafen Motorway Maintenance Department (m/f/d)

You take over the permanent representation of the direction of the Braunschweig-Hafen motorway championship (w/m/d) in any need. You are responsible for managing the tasks and objectives of the motorway mastery. You create the quantity and demand reports for tenders, coordinate emergency measures (e.g. the elimination of damage to the body of the road), maintenance and maintenance as well as cleaning of road equipment and winter service. You take over the quality and quantity control of the services of the employees as well as of external services and fulfil the monitoring obligation of the road construction authority as well as the transferring entrepreneurial obligations. You are responsible for the control and coordination of all processes and personnel within the motorway mastery and are involved in annual planning and training. The coordination of transnational processes, as well as the acquisition of operational communication with police, rescue personnel and authorities and third parties completes your area of responsibility.

A successfully completed further education on the Bachelor Professional in Road Operations Management or on the Road Supervisor Master (w/m/d) or similar or acquired by professional experience, equivalent suitability or alternatively a completed university degree (Dipl.-Ing. (FH)/Bachelor) in the field of Civil Engineering or as a state-tested technician (w/ state-tested technician) You also have a well-founded knowledge of the relevant legal standards, such as the Federal Roads Act (FStrG), the procurement and contract regulations for construction services (VOB), the procurement and contract regulations for services (VOL), the Federal Budget Regulation (BHO), the directive on the collection of investment assets on federal highways, accident prevention regulations. In addition, you have knowledge in the field of road management and technical knowledge in the field of transport. You possess driving licences of classes B, BE and show willingness to run service vehicles.
