IKS Manager / Specialist Internal Control System (m/f/d)

IKS Controls & Documentation: You implement defined control measures in the fields and update process and control descriptions (IKS database e.g. CRISAM). Audits Internal & External: You prepare internal and external audits, conduct internal audits and accompany external audits Monitoring & Reporting: You carry out sampling, effectiveness testing and error analysis, identify vulnerabilities and guide actions. You support the creation of reports for management. Optimization & Digitization: Optimization of existing processes and support for digitization and efficiency projects in the control environment. Training & Awareness: You support IKS compliance training and raise awareness of internal controls. Cooperation & Compliance: You agree closely with compliance, internal auditing and risk management to risks, controls, finding and measures and make a valuable contribution to corporate compliance.

Education & Study: You have completed a commercial training or a study with a focus on accounting, controlling or compliance. Professional experience: You have several years of professional experience in the field of internal control system or risk management. Expertise: You have knowledge of control frameworks (e.g. COSO), process documentation, and MS Office. System knowledge: SAP knowledge and experience with IKS tools (e.g. CRISAM) are of advantage. Regulatory know-how: You have profound knowledge of the relevant legal regulations (e.g. HGB, AktG, MaRisk, EU-DORA). Personal strengths: You stand for accuracy, reliability, a structured way of working, team skills and bring very good German and good English skills.
