Implementation of the monthly pay bill Correspondence with sickness funds, offices and authorities Creation and management of personal documents Care of staff time recording Maintenance and updating of employee data in the HR database Creation of certificates and certificates

Closed commercial training, ideally focusing on human resources or comparable qualifications First professional experience desirable Safe handling of MS Office (especially Excel) Basic knowledge of labour law Discretion, reliability and organizational skills Communication strength and team capacity
