Planning the dates of our patients Extensive administrative activities for the appointments of the patients and for the medical briefing General Secretariat activities Support and representation of secretaries in other urological areas Termination and coordination of speaking hours

Completed training as medical professionals, secretary or in a commercial area Accounting skills desirable Very good knowledge of the German language in word and writing Safe handling of current MS Office applications (especially MS Word) Medical experience would be beneficial Organisational capacity Kindness and helpfulness in dealing with patients and doctors as well as polite ways of dealing Interest and joy in independent activity and a strong sense of responsibility Flexibility – also in the context of working time, team spirit and stress tolerance Ready to work in medical terminology
