Support, operation and further development of our Industrial-IT and Shopfloor-IT systems (hardware, production-critical, heterogeneous) Advising the specialist areas in the procurement of industrial IT systems and coordination of external service providers for commissioning, maintenance and support Analysis of incidents including first error analyses, structured cause finding and coordination of rapid recovery in cooperation with suppliers Ensuring the technical and organizational availability of production-related IT systems Installation, operation and patch management of servers in the environment Manual deployment systems for production Care and maintenance of a heterogeneous hardware environment (different generations, special hardware, single-place solutions) Basic support for printers as well as network and storage components Contact person:in for our AutoDesk‐CAD systems and coordination of the associated support service providers Maintenance of the hardware and software portfolio in asset management

Complete study of computer science, an IT training or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in the care of industrial or proprietary IT systems, ideally in the shopfloor or production environment Very good knowledge of Windows environments as well as the handling of classic single-site solutions Embossed IT all-rounder mentality with the willingness to work quickly into new systems Safe handling of various IT hardware Structured and reliable operation, including in complex technical environments Experience in user support as well as in the analysis and elimination of complex IT problems Embossed communication and service orientation as well as a sovereign appearance towards specialist areas, service providers and the Group-wide IT Very good German and good English skills
