You will work with interdisciplinary project teams by assisting you in projects of building maintenance and in large projects In addition, in the selection, contract processing and control, you are freelance to work with workers (especially for large and small construction measures) In individual cases, you are responsible for the planning performance or partial planning performance according to HOAI (especially in the case of construction maintenance) In your function you are responsible for the award, control and billing of construction services

You have completed your studies (Diplom/Master/Bachelor) of the Department of Supply Technology/Building Technology/TGA or a comparable technical field or You have a successful conclusion to the state-tested technicianin or Completion as a master*in in one of the above-mentioned disciplines and then at least six years of relevant professional experience in an occupation of engineering cuts (e.g. by certificates). Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee for employees is from the E10 Group to the E12 TV‐L (approximately 50,000,00 € – approx. 80.300,00 € per year) with all agreed social services (e.g. occupational pensions).
