Carglass® in Germany is the specialist for repair and new construction of vehicle glass. In Germany, our company consists of around 2.450 employees, of which over 1,700 are specially trained Carglass® technicians. About 550 employees work at the head office in Cologne, around 170 employees are employed at the Customer Contact Center (Call Center). We process around 1.2 million. Customer contacts per year and help drivers throughout Germany, either in one of the 370 service centers or on the move with more than 240 mobile units. Care and development of website content through our existing content management system Support and co-design of our digital site management Support in curating relevant content for our FAQ chatbot Analysis, research and structural processing of data and topics Working with the content optimization of processes around digital information offers

Continuous studies in the field of business, communication, media, business informatics or comparable discipline – ideally with at least four completed semesters First experiences in the digital environment (e.g. CMS, SEO, AI tools or editorial work) are advantageous Reliability in communication, good organizational capacity and a structured operation Interest in digital topics such as process automation, web content and search engine logic Creativity, initiative and a quick understanding of new topics Safe handling of MS Office as well as the ability to confidently manage English content
