Project Manager Building Construction (m/f/d)

You plan and manage construction projects and construction measures in their own planning in all phases of the HOAI. You assume the quality, cost, and appointment responsibility. You agree with other areas within the real estate of Bremen, the senatorial services and other third parties. Depending on the project scope, you will form project teams with colleagues from other fields.

Required: You have successfully completed engineering studies (Bachelor or Dipl.-Ing. (FH)) in the field of civil engineering. Alternatively, you have a training course for the state-tested technician:in (w/m/d) or Master:in (w/m/d) and have several years of relevant professional experience.

Advantage: You have already gained professional experience in planning, building maintenance and repair, preferably in the public building administration. You have well-founded knowledge in planning and construction law and in the application of HOAI and VOB. Strategic, targeted and self-responsible thinking and action are of course for you. You work quality- and cost-conscious. Liability characterizes your operation. You are characterized by a pronounced communication and team capacity as well as organisational strength and self-initiative. You have a class B licence.

At the next possible time, the body must be filled in full time with 39 hours per week. Payment is made up to 11 TVöD VKA. The job is suitable for a part-time occupation.
