HR administration You create documents such as work contracts, certificates and work certificates You are responsible for the organization and implementation of our on- and off-boarding processes You manage and care for personal master files as well as our personal files You carry out smaller projects independently, such as the implementation of BGM measures Personnel development You support the existing team in the organization and coordination of training and further training for our employees, with particular responsibility for pre- and post-processing You perform organizational tasks around our feedback processes HR Management System & Processes You are responsible for managing and maintaining our HR management system Personio and are contact persons for our employees:in case of questions about the system You ensure our data quality and support in optimizing our HR processes Employer Branding You perform tasks in recruiting, such as creating and alerting job advertisements You are responsible for organizing career fairs and also actively participate in it You accompany the construction and strengthening of our employer brand and can contribute your own ideas

You have a degree in human resources management, economics, economic psychology or a comparable qualification You could already gain first experience (in the form of internships or student work) in the generalist HR field You are an organizational talent, you like to work independently and place a lot of value on accuracy You have a very high understanding and a responsible and reliable way of working You are strong in communication and control the German language fluently in Word & Writing (min. C1) You are sure to go with common office applications
