Head of Unit - Arbeitsmedizinsdienst Standort Hamburg (m/w/d): Head of the Nord-Ost Unit (Hamburg, Hannover, Bremen, Leipzig, Berlin) of the occupational medical service in close cooperation with the senior company physician. Discipline leadership and development of employees in the Nord-Ost region, including feedback, development and control processes. Promoting a modern learning culture as well as individual development of the directly subordinate employees. Participation in the further development of the occupational and health protection of Allianz companies in Germany. Support in the creation of pandemic, emergency and crisis plans. Regular exchange and close cooperation with the senior operating physician. Consultation and supervision of the assigned areas in accordance with § 3 ASiG, in particular in matters of health protection and accident prevention. Participation in visits to the workplaces, ASA meetings, and development and communication of suggestions for improvement. Participation in operational care, including emergency and outpatient care, occupational health care and health promotion. Consultation in the creation of business agreements on occupational and health protection.

Head of Unit - Arbeitsmedizinsdienst Standort Hamburg (m/w/d): Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Detectionable leadership experience, ideally in a comparable position. Willingness to take over the focus of work on site in Hamburg. occupational medical experience in different industries and at least two groups or alternatively long-term work in an over-company occupational medical service. Experience in project work within complex structures. Required: training authorization for occupational medicine, additional name emergency medicine, diploma in tropical medicine or equivalent qualification, second specialist name. Successfully completed Allianz Assessment Center ''My Career Day Allianz Senior Associate'' or willingness to complete this. Ideally experience in the occupational medical service of the Allianz Group, preferably in the occupational medical center Hamburg. Extensive competence and motivation for the promotion and development of employees. Interest in the continuous improvement of the occupational medical service in close cooperation with the senior occupational physician. Safe handling of occupational medical software (e.g. Ergonomed) and the MS Office package.
