Creating fascinating: Your Tasks Technical and disciplinary leadership of the IT Applications & Data team Responsibility for the application landscape over the entire life cycle: portfolio, architecture, roadmap and standards Responsibility for integration and data topics including interface architecture, data quality and usability Definition, introduction and continuous improvement of ITSM processes according to ITIL for the entire IT department, including service catalog, service level agreements and key figures General responsibility for the introduction and further development of the ITSM platform and participation in the Change Advisory Board Implementation of security and intelligence requirements in the application and data landscape in coordination with IT security, compliance and security officers Capacity, license, lifecycle and budget planning in the area of responsibility

Bringing strengths: your qualifications Completed studies or higher education in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in application management, application development or comparable functions, ideally in the industrial environment Experience in the professional or disciplinary leadership of a team Knowledge of IT Service Management after ITIL Experience in the introduction of an ITSM tool and in the design of service processes ITIL certification is advantageous Impressed security and responsibility awareness as well as service orientation, enforcement capability and communication strength Very good knowledge of German and good English.
