As a lead, coordinate your team, conduct regular discussions on development, and take over budget planning in your area. Other activities include order processing (planning, disposition and monitoring of transports), expansion of the freight carrier trunk, and determination of the best possible means of transport, travel and packaging. In addition, maintain regular customers, process customer complaints, conduct negotiations, and create customer offers in the field of transport and logistics services.
