Management, further development and motivation of employees of the Credit Management Unit and responsibility for strategic orientation and operational management Decision-makers within the framework of transferred (credit) competencies Control and optimisation of rehabilitation and settlement processes Analysis of the credit portfolio taking into account current geopolitical and economic developments in close cooperation with the specialist and sales sectors in order to identify and derive action needs in time Support for management and participation in strategic projects Technical representation of the department in projects and working groups (internal/external) and deriving necessary measures Support and support of demanding refurbishment and settlement commitments at the level of corporate and private customers to develop sustainable solutions

Successfully completed (master) degree of (bank) business management or comparable qualification Embossed knowledge of the rehabilitation & settlement Expertise in MaRisk, credit and contract law as well as credit security (especially insolvency and enforcement law) Long-term experience in commercial credit and risk-oriented credit analysis / risk early recognition Experience in personnel management, team development and employee motivation Security of negotiation taking into account legal frameworks Embossed communication and project competence as well as an empathic, targeted and entrepreneurial personality Nobody is perfect!
