You are responsible for the timely and correct processing of orders in the warehouse. You run and tax the personnel in the warehouse and start the personnel deployment planning including the deployment planning of service providers. You organize and control the operational logistical processes in cooperation with the team management and department management. You will ensure the daily productivity and quality indicators as part of the continuous improvement process using lean management tools. You monitor the quality guidelines and work instructions including the work safety requirements.

You have a completed vocational training, preferably with a logistic background. You bring relevant professional experience in logistics, ideally in tire logistics, as well as experience in personnel management. You have IT application skills, especially in MS Office and in handling warehouse management systems. You combine enforcement and decision-making skills with social and leadership skills and bring communication skills. You are characterized by an independent way of working and by cooperation as well as by motivation and aiming.
