Strategic Construction Site Coordination Officer

At the closest possible time, we are looking for you as a consultant: in Strategic Building Site Coordination (w/m/d) for DB Regio AG at the Munich site. Your tasks:

Coordination and control of construction sites and major projects in the metropolitan traffic of the S‐Bahn Munich with a focus on cost-effectiveness, quality, operational safety and customer orientation Leading coordination with internal (S-Bahn Munich, DB InfraGo) and external partners (Freistaat Bayern, MVV, further railway companies) Conception and creation of construction site schedules for the annual schedule and for under-year adjustments Development and implementation of future topics in construction site planning (e.g. process conversion to Annex VII / TTT) Support of the Bavarian Railway Company as a major customer for short- and medium-term supply issues in the context of construction Development, evaluation and coordination of road planning concepts and variants for the stabilization of the operation during construction phases Defining quality standards for building and replacement concepts as well as representing senior staff in a central function

Your profile:

Complete university studies, preferably in civil engineering, transport engineering or a comparable subject, as an alternative a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience Multiannual relevant professional experience (approximately 5–8 years) in construction site planning / coordination, ideally including common planning systems Experience gained in dealing with complex voting and negotiation situations with internal and external partners Knowledge of the Munich S‐Bahn (operation and infrastructure) as well as the relevant stakeholders in the Munich area are desirable. Embossed entrepreneurial thinking, high solution and result orientation as well as a strong sense of responsibility Very high loadability and stress tolerance as well as pronounced team and conflictability Strong analytical skills, the ability to reduce complex facts to the essentials, as well as a high customer and service orientation with convincing communication skills
