Management, control and coordination of tasks, objectives and processes of the department in agreement with the management of the business unit Defining the strategic and operational targets of the department in agreement with the management Financing and monitoring of the management of allocated budgetary resources Implementation of all activities of the department in accordance with the tasks of environmental planning Development of strategies, objectives, concepts and action plans for the specialist tasks in the department and the development of instructions for their implementation Discipline and professional responsibility for employees

Completed scientific university studies focusing on landscape/environmental planning (Diplom-Ingenieur Univ. or Master) or similar or equivalent suitability acquired by professional experience Multiannual experience in landscape / environmental planning Multiannual leadership experience Knowledge of relevant specialist laws and guidelines Knowledge of requirements for awarding Very good German knowledge in word and writing (min. level C1 to GER/ CEFR) Driving licence Class B and the readiness to service This distinguishes you as a manager: You think in complex contexts and have a pronounced willingness to design, combined with value-estimating behavior and self-reflection.
