General administrative and reception activities such as post-processing, acceptance and communication of incoming telephone calls and reception and hosting of guests Preparation of meeting rooms Office and consumables order Coordination of masters and cleaning staff Support for travel planning and bookings

Successfully completed training as an office man desirable or appropriate professional experience in the reception area and/or administrative area Friendly and sovereign appearance in dealing with guests and colleagues; strong service idea Organisational skills as well as structured and independent working Time flexibility Good MS Office knowledge (v.a. Outlook, Excel) English Basic knowledge
