Digitization: You are driving digitization in the area of change and booking processes by making a significant contribution to the transition to an AI-based platform for storing and using work descriptions, click instructions and hints for our service partners. Document management: You create new workflow descriptions and transfer existing documents structured from the old to the new system. Quality assurance: You support testing and quality assurance of the platform and ensure that the system works stable, reliable and user-friendly. Collaboration: You work closely with internal and external professional contact persons: inside to ensure high data quality and optimal user experiences. Process optimization: You actively participate in the optimization and further development of various processes and tasks in the field and contribute to continuous improvements.

You are enrolled:r Student:in, ideally with the focus of business, computer science, communication or digitalization or a comparable degree course. You bring very good German skills. You have fun in digital topics and interest in artificial intelligence and modern IT systems. You work independently, structured and solution-oriented. You are strong in communication and are happy to work in the team. First experiences with document management systems or quality assurance are of advantage, but no need.
