As a technical designer:in you will accompany our projects in high and low construction through the HOAI performance phases 2 to 4. As part of the pre-, design and approval planning, you create and update CAD drawings. In addition, you create and process plan documents to optimize planning processes. You transfer 2D inventory data into a 3D model and are responsible for maintaining the plant inventory cataster. You will also take simple cut-off and surveying work and plan to document completed and completed construction measures. Using the BIM methods, you will ensure the quality and accuracy of documents and drawings. During the planning and further project, you work closely with architect:inside, engineer:inside and internal specialist departments.

Qualification: successful completion as a technical:r Dr. Zeichner:in or a comparable qualification, with a focus on civil engineering and transport systems Professional experience: as a technical:r Bauzeichner:in, CAD designer:in, CAD technician:in or in a similar position Software knowledge: safe handling of CAD programs such as AutoCAD, Civil, Revit and MS Office Expertise: Knowledge in Building Information Modeling (BIM) Softskills: an independent and pragmatic way of working, efficient time management and organizational strength as well as good analytical and conceptual skills
