Media Technology Specialist

Bischoff Verlag is a company of the New Apostolic Church. Our customers include mainly church members and administrations. As an international Christian media house we publish, transfer and distribute an interesting spectrum of high-quality products. We have made it our task to convey Christian values beyond confession, age and country borders. Our publishing program ranges from magazines, books and brochures, music collections and sound productions to games, calendars and other articles with Christian reference. In addition, on behalf of the New Apostolic Church, we carry out image and sound transmissions of worship services. Three separate transmission cars are used here. For the new “Image/Ton Transfers via IPTV” service area as well as IT, we are looking for a Fachkraft Medientechnik as part of an unlimited full-time activity

Support of client, server and AV systems incl. IP transmission and reception technology (3 transmission cars and studios) as well as securing the ongoing operation Support for the implementation of innovative projects and support for users in all IT-relevant issues Analysis, classification and processing incl. Documentation of incoming requests in the ticket system with the involvement of external service providers Your profile: Complete studies (e.g. media technology), or technical training (e.g. specialist system integration), or comparable qualification First experience in AV/media technology, video conferencing systems, IPTV as well as client, server and network technology Experience with video editing programs is desirable IT affinity and safe handling with Microsoft products Imprinted customer and service orientation and organizational strength High operational readiness Teamability, high level of initiative and responsibility Good English and German
