Our client is a solid industrial medium-sized company located in Bitterfeld-Wolfen. Currently we are looking for a technically experienced manager (m/w/d) for a 14-person technician team, especially in the maintenance sector.

Maintenance Responsibility Leadership of a 14-headed technician team (electricians, mechanics, mechatronics) Ensuring permanent plant availability Planning, supervision and control of maintenance processes, building management and foreign company coordination Planning of technical projects and investment measures as well as implementation of new installations

Successfully completed technical studies or technicians/ Master training Multiannual professional experience in the technical and industrial environment, ideal maintenance Electrotechnical understanding in the context of plant engineering (e.g. automation) Detectional leadership experience Embossed communication capability, solution orientation and loadability
