For our market in Schweinfurt we are looking for you as a company manager (m/w/d)

They process the data of the reporting system in a decision-oriented manner and plan the work of the employees in such a way that tasks are performed in a targeted and timely manner (personal deployment planning). They coordinate operational operations in the operational business in terms of cost-effectiveness. You design the product range and inventory of your location optimally and with respect to the willingness to sell at any time. They develop the plan figures of the annual budget. As part of the existing guidelines, you will create a functional and sales-friendly and attractive goods placement. Advertising measures are implemented systematically and properly. They consistently implement measures to avoid inventory differences and unnecessary goods transcripts. They regularly inform about current developments in competitors and derive appropriate measures as needed.

They have a successfully completed commercial training, preferably in grocery and retail trade, or a completed study in the field of business. They bring experiences in the field of employee management. They have well-founded knowledge of the wholesale trade (food and non-food). Your strengths include enforcing, communication and organizational ability, and flexibility and decision-making. They have an analytical way of thinking. They are characterized by sovereign appearance, an above-average commitment and very good team and cooperation behavior. Corresponding professional experience in a senior position, preferably the management, complete your profile. They have good knowledge of popular MS Office applications.
