Product Technical Performance Manager (m/d)

Location: Stadtallendorf Start date: at the next possible time Coordination of innovation streams in connection with product development according to the received product letter in continuous cooperation with the local business unit, the local R&E laboratory, the F&E group, product quality, packaging development, engineering, 3PO, co-manufacturer, operations, procurement & controlling continuous improvement of existing products in cooperation with various fields Recipe development and administration Organisation and budget management of technical and industrial trials Industrialisation of new products and management of related activities Participation in the short, medium and long-term process development plan continuous improvement of recipe: definition of changes and new production process parameters Participation in the definition of production models, new product characteristics and the investigation of new technologies Coordination of all product development experiments up to the industrialization of the products Verification of all proposed products for feasibility, plant, production and qualification requirements and limitations At Ferrero you have the opportunity to help shape the future of the market leader in confectionery in a very dynamic environment and to become part of the corporate culture of a family business – characterised by responsibility and team spirit. Successful study of food technology or state-tested technician (w/m/d) multiannual professional experience in food production very good know-how in MS Office fluent knowledge of German and English Experience in dealing with databases Communication skills and team skills committed, logical and process-oriented work approach JOBV1_EN
