OT and IT infrastructure specialist (m/f/d)

Be part of our highly ambitious and highly motivated team at Geretsried site. You connect automation and IT security: You maintain our HMI/SCADA landscape (Siemens WinCC/TIA), optimize OT systems and establish a PAM solution for secure, comprehensible access – with a lot of design space and short decision-making paths.

You will be responsible for the following tasks: Start-up, configuration and maintenance of Siemens HMI/SCADA (WinCC, TIA Portal, ideal also WinCC Unified)

adaptation of visualizations, alarms, day management; SPS-close integration (S7/PLC), network and interface parameterization

Operation and trouble analysis in the OT: filling and palletizing systems, truck vehicles, periphery – remote and on site

Construction and operation of a PAM solution for OT: Vaulting, password rotation, session brokering/recording, JIT/Approval, MFA, secure service provider remote access

Project management for new and new buildings: OT/IT workstreams, tenders, FAT/SAT, acceptance, as-built documentation

Monitoring and performance tuning of HMI/SCADA, data acquisition for OEE/quality

Standardization and Clean Documentation (Architectures, Network Plans, Change/Config Management)

Planning and implementation of updates, maintenance windows, migrations and retrofits

Audit support (IT/OT security, occupational safety, environment, energy) with reports, evidence and action tracking

License Management OT-Software (Fokus Siemens): Management/Compliance, SUS, License Server/Automation License Manager

You should share these skills and experiences: Training/study in electrical/automatic/information technology

Practice with Siemens HMI/SCADA (WinCC, TIA; plus WinCC Unified of Advantage) and SPS Environments (S7/PLC)

OT network knowledge (Industrial Ethernet, PROFINET, Modbus/TCP, OPC UA) and basic IT networks (TCP/IP, VLAN, Firewalling)

Understanding OT-Cybersecurity; ideal: PAM, Jump-Server/ZTNA, MFA, Session Recording, IEC 62443

experience in project management and service provider control; Routine in fault diagnosis in the production environment

Experience in software/licence management (Siemens ALM, SUS) desirable

Structured, independent way of working, hand-on mentality, readiness to travel; very good German, good English
