As a branch manager (m/w/d), you assume the overall operational and strategic responsibility for our branch in the field of technical building equipment (TGA). You control the economic development of the site and lead your teams to targeted, motivating and sustainable. Your main tasks include: General responsibility for the operational and strategic management of the Technical Building Equipment branch (TGA) Management of projects, budgets, cost centers and ensuring economic achievement Responsibility for sales, customer support, acquisition and sustainable expansion of the site Leadership, development and deployment planning of employees including recruiting and personnel development Ensuring compliance with quality, occupational safety, health and environmental standards (QHSE) Optimization of organisational structures, processes and processes within the branch Analysis of risks, weaknesses and results and introduction of appropriate improvement measures Regular reporting to management and close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders
