Your tasks:

• Continuous coordination with another part-time force all administrative and organizational tasks are handled
• Input invoices are controlled and in a Pre-acquisition program detected by DATEV
• Telephone calls and correspondence with customers, suppliers and applicants guided
• The Head of Division is supported in offering tracking
• Personnel time registration is supervised and the monthly accounts for the wage billing
• Work certificates are created according to the requirements of the Heads of Division

Your profile:

• Complete vocational training in the commercial sector
• Professional experience in commercial practice
• Self-responsibility and structured working
• Good communication skills and a friendly appearance
• Good knowledge in handling MS Office applications and DATEV
