• You take goods, control deliveries and store food professionally.
• You check minimum durability data and support the warehouse organization.
• You carry out cleaning plans conscientiously and document them reliably.
• You pay attention to compliance with all HACCP hygiene and quality standards.
• Together with your team, you will ensure that our guests can enjoy fresh food in a clean and well-organized kitchen every day.
• You take washing and cleaning and make sure our kitchen is clean and ready for use at any time.
