University Relationship Manager (m/w/d) in Val Gardena In this role, you strengthen our presence at universities and develop University Marketing with an international focus. The focus is on the establishment of relevant contacts, the organisation of effective formats and a communication that makes Würth Elektronik visible at the appropriate locations. Maintaining relationships: building, deepening and further development of our university contacts at international university marketing. Organize activities: Planning and coordination of events with university coverage and coordination with internal and external contacts. Competent present: nursing and updating our University Marketing Communication. Making activities visible: organisation and accompaniment of major events such as the Formula Student. Organize optimally: coordination of excursions at the Waldenburg site and ensuring a professional process. Designing the future: further development of the subject area University Relations with the aim of winning future employees and future customers early for Würth Elektronik.

Basics: Complete studies in the field of business management, communication sciences, marketing, personnel, social sciences or a comparable qualification. Knowledge: Experience in university marketing, event organization, communication, recruiting close themes or in building and maintaining networks is helpful. It is important that you can organize, coordinate and carry content to the outside in a targeted manner. Passion: You want to build relationships, organize events and actively develop a theme with an international focus. In doing so, you are particularly motivated to connect people and organizations meaningfully. Communication: Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing so that you can safely exchange with universities, partners and internal interfaces. Strengths: Structured and independent working, organisational skills, reliability, communication strength and joy in making themes visible and coordinating them cleanly.
